Once upon a time, there was a boy who learned how to make chocolate truffles from his mom. He thought hand-made chocolates were the most valuable gift. After he grew up, he decided to pursue a career creating chocolate art. He learned his skills from top-notch Chocolatiers in Switzerland and France. In 2013, he opened a chocolate shop with his own name. The boy who was passionate about chocolate finally realized his dream. He is Chef Christophe Bonzon.
